03 July 2014

Thames Reach’s Employment Academy in Camberwell will be hosting an exhibition of paintings by renowned local artist Octavia Milner – with all proceeds from the exhibition going to the homeless charity.

The exhibition, titled Water, Wood and Stone, features a number of original paintings by Octavia. All works are for sale.

The paintings will be on display across two areas of the Employment Academy – the lower ground floor event space and the recently opened Sun Cafe.

The exhibition is open to the general public from 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday from Monday, 7 July to Friday, 5 September 2014. There may be times when the lower ground floor events space is occupied. Please ask at reception on the day to find out what areas are open.

Octavia said: “I am very excited to be exhibiting my paintings in such an amazing building, and am sure that in the future many more local artists will welcome the opportunity to show their work at the Employment Academy too.”
