Lambeth College, one of London’s leading employment focused education and training providers, has confirmed its commitment to Thames Reach’s new Employment Academy.

Following a series of visits to the Employment Academy, a new project dedicated to helping people in south London find work, Lambeth College has signed up to work closely with Thames Reach on the development of the Employment Academy, which opens later this year.

Mark Silverman, Principal and Chief Executive of Lambeth College said: “We are really excited by this project and are committed to supporting Thames Reach with the planning and governance of the scheme as well as delivering services from the Employment Academy.”

Monica Geraghty, Development Manager for the Employment Academy said: “We are delighted Lambeth College have committed to delivering services from the Employment Academy. Their strong experience and background in offering employment focused education and training will compliment the aims and ambitions of the Employment Academy perfectly. We have had excellent support and guidance from a number of people at Lambeth College, particularly Chris Yiannakou, Director of Business Partnerships at the college, who has been incredibly supportive of the Employment Academy.
