An introductory point for services at the Employment Academy, where people can get information and guidance on finding a job, access training and volunteering opportunities, and get advice around mental health, housing and other related topics.

Advice services include:

Information, Advice and Guidance, a drop-in service where trained volunteers offer to help people looking for work, particularly in areas such as CV writing, filling out application forms, searching for jobs and seeking out training and volunteering opportunities.

Jumpstart, which provides personalised action plans to people living in selected L&Q housing in order to help them get back into work.

Step Up, which helps people currently in low-paid jobs to find better paying work that meets or exceeds the London Living Wage of £9.40 an hour.
